1 Small bottle of ketchup (any brand will do)
1 pound ground meat
4 medium potatoes
Brown ground meat and drain, add ketchup and then fill the bottle with water and shake to get it all and pour in. Peel and cut up potatoes into small bite size pieces. Add potatoes and simmer on medium heat until done. No need to add any spices unless you want. Stir often to keep from sticking. May be necessary to add water 1/2 cup at a time to keep from sticking until potatoes are tender.
Good with cornbread and salad. Kids love it
