1 pound of browned hamburger
1 pound link sausage, your choice, chopped into bite size pieces
1 onion chopped
1 can red beans or pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomatoes (plain or rotel)
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 T chilli powder
brown hamburger with onions, add sausage and cook for about 10 min, drain grease, add other ingredients, do not drain the cans, add the liquid, you might need to add a can of water, the longer it simmers the better flavor, like gumbo better the next day. Easy and high fiber, very filling and good with cornbread and salad
